Practical Pet Care
Camp: by the day, overnight or extended stays
is a small scaled, personalized, non-traditional boarding opportunity. A place where well socialized pups are provided natural, secure yards (like what they are comfortable with at home ) and a place where they can run, jump and play with other compatible playmates. Camp is nestled in the middle of a small working farm so all the campers get to experience new, entertaining sights and sounds of living on a farm. My goal is to provide your pet exceptional care and a real home away from home. I realize all dogs are individuals and I reach above and beyond to make sure he/she is provided the specific care they need to make their stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Camp Amenities
-
Large natural outdoor play yards are surrounded by all the farm residents. This presents the campers with hours of endless entertainment. Each play yard has access to ample shade, clean fresh water and a variety of community toys. In the summer, they have the opportunity for splash time in the wadding pools.
-
Individual indoor climate controlled sleeping dens provide each camper a safe space to wind down, enjoy a good meal and a peaceful nights sleep listening to soothing music. Campers are fed twice a day and receive probiotics daily, to help maintain healthy gut function throughout their stay.
-
The spacious indoor playroom is available for pets with good house manners and limiting health restrictions. This room offers a selection of comfy beds and an assortment of community toys.

Camp Regulations:
To maintain privacy in my own home and to ensure that someone will be here to assist you, ALL Pick ups and Drop offs from Camp are done by appointment ONLY between 8AM and 8PM.
To ensure the safest environment for all campers, I require:
· Vaccinations: you must provide written proof from your veterinarian that your pet is current on vaccinations to include but not limited to Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Lepto and Bordetella (highly recommended to be given every 6mo). All vaccinations provide the best protection when given at least 10 days prior to boarding.
· Flea control: To ensure all campers come and go, pest free, I require everyone to be on a flea treatment program and for it to have been administered no more than three weeks prior to their camp stay. Any dog found to have fleas when entering any camp activities will be given Capstar and you will be charged a $10. fee per pet.
· Healthy: All dogs must be free of any signs of illness or ill health including but not limited to: diarrhea, loose stool, yellow/green eye discharge, vomiting, or unexplained skin rash. If your dog has any signs of illness a written explanation from your veterinarian will be required before being allowed into camp.
· Collars: All dogs should arrive and leave Camp on a secure collar and leash. While at camp I remove all collars, as they have posed problems with getting caught in the fencing and the mouths of other playmates. If you would like your collar to remain on, please remind me each time your dog comes to Camp. No choke chains allowed.
· Spayed/Neutered: All females over the age of 5mo. old must be spayed and all males over the age of 6mo. old must be neutered, in order to enjoy group play time.
Dogs that are known to be aggressive towards people or other dogs, or any dog that acts aggressive towards me will not be allowed to stay at camp and I reserve the right to refuse any dog.
